Milwaukee dispatched by Wright State, 82-70

Milwaukee (5-9, 0-2) did not plan to begin the conference play this way. Our non-con slate prepared us well but somehow, we started to fall apart and couldn't manage to muster even a couple wins in these past 7 games.

Game by game we see what looked like a guaranteed 17+ win season, slipping away....

Fight, fight for an end to this L streak... 😐

Game summary: Wright State nailed a lot of 3 pointers (11 for 19 good for 58% which happens only against games your Milwaukee Panthers need to win apparently.. 😑) and we didn't have much of an answer. We battled but we could not grab the lead and control the game.

The Raiders won on their home court easily, 82-70.

Milwaukee "highlights"?: 4 players scored in double figures, DeAndre Abram had 6 boards to go along with 12 points and Te'Jon went 11pts, 6ast, 5rbs for a well-rounded effort we need from our point man. Our floor general. But our....

WHERE ARE OUR TROOPS? If we really are going to be OK with having no effective true forwards, let's change our style and get a SF like Abram, Brown and Mitchell to run and rebound.

Is Amir Allen hurt or what happened? From scoring every game to gone the past 2 games?

The losing, (but never out of the game entirely!) is getting monotonous. There isn't much to report on this game that hasn't already been evident in the games (other 6 losses) leading up to it.

Our losing streak is now at 7 games. Let's leave it at 7 and move on to winning some games, eh?

We host IUPUI and UIC at the Arena downtown this upcoming weekend. Let's hope we can make some hay again like the beginning of this season and pick up 2 W's.

We need wins. It's been way too long.

GO MILWAUKEE.
BEAT IUPUI.
