Future: Returning, Incoming and the 2021 Recruiting Class

The Milwaukee Panther coaching staff has been very successful in building a solid foundation for the future. Everyone following the Panthers is well aware that we return a good core of team veterans: 2 All-League stars in PF C.J. Wilbourn and PG Te'Jon Lucas as well as SG Josh Thomas, SF/Wing Courtney Brown Jr., F Amir Allen and a number of guys (like F Vin Baker Jr. and F Tyler Ellingson) just waiting to step up.

Much of the near-term future of Milwaukee's program is going to unfold in the next few months

We also have a slew of new, highly-qualified commits who can't wait to get on the floor in the black and gold. Familiarize yourself with the new Panthers for this upcoming 2020-2021 Season:

  • Kaleim Taylor - 6'3" G from Milwaukee, WI
  • Donovan Newby - 6'0" G from Chicago Heights, IL
  • Devon Hancock - 6'3" G from Dallas, TX
  • Grant Coleman - 6'7" F from Mahomet, IL
  • Jordan Lathon - 6'4" G from Grandview, MO  (sitting out until '21-'22 due to transfer rules)
  • Tafari Simms - 6'6" F from Hamilton, Canada
  • DeAndre Gholston - 6'5" G from Gary, IN

For the not-too-distant future (2021 recruiting class) we have 4 open scholarships to fill and many offers already out there to fill those 4 spots. Here are some of the names I could find footage for:

  • Ben Nau - 6'1" G from Milwaukee, WI
