Your Milwaukee Panthers have just landed another big piece of the '26-'27 puzzle. Former Dominican (Milwaukee) High School star and Syracuse redshirt forward Aaron Womack has committed to Milwaukee.
Described by Sports Illustrated in 2025 at the time of his signing with Syracuse Womack is billed as a "skilled, but developmental, recruit". After a year developing within Syracuse system (in practice, if not true DI gametime (he redshirted)), Womack should be a lot better than SI seems to smarmily give him credit for.
Womack was recruited by Milwaukee at the time of his Syracuse signing, so this is a "long game" recruit that panned out, in the end.
Womack will help form a formidable Milwaukee frontcourt for '26-'27
After the signing of Amadou and now Womack, the Panthers' frontcourt is starting to take shape. Let's hope the rest of the recruiting continues to exceed expectations. With a Panther team whose identity is now run-and-gun, these players we are recruiting (and retaining) should fit perfectly into the system.
Trust the process. Trust the coaches. Trust the system.
With a team like the one we are only 1-2 more good-to-great players away from, '26-'27 will be one for the history books.
go panthers.
press on. 🏆🏀
